In house tool room setup

DRK's parent company Archana Plasmould was establised in 1989 as tool room for plastic injection components. We take pride in saying that we have unmatched experience in developing tools for some of the very precise yarn carriers.

Injection moulding is a scientific and phased approach to develop a robush moulding process that is resistant to common cause fluctuations in temperature and viscosity. This method is widely used in complex components where even minor variations can impact the product quality. We are focused towards producing repeatable results with minimal variation.
